We have been working with Sarah for about a year looking for a Torch Lake home. We live in California and needed someone to be our eyes and ears in the area. Sarah is excellent, prompt phone returns second to none. Great person to work with and knows the area. We ended up buying a home with her as our agent and the transaction went smooth and easy. She even came over and measured rooms and windows for blinds.

She was amazing and we weren't the easiest customers. We had tons of questions and concerns and Sarah was truly honest and patient with us. We were out of state the majority of our search and she was accommodating to our schedule while we were in town. The best part is she is local and is knowledgeable about the areas. We will gladly work with Sarah again.

I met Sarah when I was 16, I left the area and joined the military. We moved home recently and were looking to buy a home. I have a lot of friends in the area and who do real estate. But I knew that Sarah would put my families needs first. Not a commission and not a quick sale. This was going to be our first home and a forever home and I knew I could trust her. I didn't even have to remind her who I was. We are still in the process of moving and Sarah made sure we had everything we needed. Sarah is a genuinely wonderful person to work with. Although we may (or may not, depending upon what we find) have a long term relationship with her, we won't mind. We are trying to find just the right place before we retire in two years. We also live out of state, but we want to move back to our Mitten home. I think Sarah is up for the challenge of "us!" She's knowledgeable, positive, and has a great sense of humor! Looking forward to closing a deal sometime in the near future. We're confident it will happen!
